Viktor Esipov, a poet and literary critic, was born in Moscow in 1939. He graduated in 1961 in 1961 by the Kaliningrad Technical Institute of Fisheries Industry as a specialist in instruments of fishing. "Not evening" is the fourth book of the poet. It included poems written in 2017-2019.
