The collection includes the selected poems of Mikhail Kurchenkov, a participant in the Great Patriotic War and the Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow on June 24, 1945.
Thirty -six years Mikhail Petrovich gave the service in the Soviet Army, took a direct part in the tests of nuclear weapons in the stateligon of the New Land in September 1961 and at other training grounds, lived a long and rich life.
The author is proud that he was born and lived in the Soviet Union, where the development of man, friendship of peoples, freedom of labor and high moral values was put in the first place, and labor was a matter of honor, valor and a feat of glory for every citizen. Sincerely empathizing with the idea of proletarian democracy, the author in his verses with sincere indignation perceives those processes that occur in the territory of the former USSR in the last 30 years, does not want to put up with them and expresses the hope that someday the power of the workers will again triumph, that values, on Which he was brought up, they will return, and humanity, despite numerous obstacles, once will still become an attribute of mankind
