My grandfather was a cherry

A cherry tree named Feliche was planted in honor of the birth of her daughter and grew with her. And it became the hero of the children"s memoirs of her son: his friend in games, the place of knowledge and adventure, a symbol of the continuity of life. The main character of this book is a grandfather who, with his energy, a sense of freedom and the ability to hear the breath of a tree, seems a little "strange". And as easily as a tree breathes, the author of the book concerns the same as suffering and death of loved ones, and sincerely believes that a person does not die while cherry trees continue to live for him.
The book "My grandfather was cherry" entered the list of outstanding books for children "White Roofs, compiled by the International Munich Youth Library, was awarded with prizes in Italy, Germany and France, and its author, Angela Nanetti, was nominated for the main The Prize in Children"s Literature is a prize of G. H. Andersen.
