The collection of small prose by Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev (1818-1883) included the novels "Petushkov" (1848), "Asya" (1857), "Ghosts" (1863), Stories: "Jew" (1846), "Brigadier" (1850) , "History of Lieutenant Ergunov" (1868) and a poem in prose "Dog" (1878) Texts are published in French (in the author’s translation of I. S. Turgenev) and Russian. The procedure for following the works was preserved according to the Parisian publication of 1869. The book also includes the article "Ivan Turgenev" French writer and translator Prosper Merima (1803-1870) and the obstacle of the Prosper Merima (1870) - the response of Turgenev to the death of Merim. The publication is addressed to connoisseurs of the work of Ivan Turgenev and everyone interested in classical Russian literature of the XIX century
