- Not! I"m not a stick!
Let me go! Wait!
I am a person, reasonable, alive!
I am a person, I need to go home!
One spring day, a person who went to a run, but was captured by a dog that took him for an ordinary stick. The children played and threw him into the river, and the swan saw in him a twig of the day of the nest. Autumn will change the summer, snowy winter will come - a miserable person is a mast for a flag, a sword, a club, a boomerang, and hand for a snowman. Will he never return home, to the persons?
It seems that Charlie Cook will now have a new favorite book, and Tulka’s fish has a new excuse to be late to school.
For reading to adults
