Once upon a time there was a boy. Once he opened the door of his house and saw a penguin on the threshold. The boy did not know where the penguin came from, and whose he was. The penguin was very sad, and the boy thought that he was probably lost. Then the boy decided to help Penguin find the way home, even if you have to swim to the very south pole.

Author and illustrator Oliver Jeffers won a number of awards, including the prize for the best illustrated children"s book according to The New York Times, twice became the laureate of the Ireland National Book Prize in the category for younger readers, and was also nominated three times to receive the Kate medal Greenway. Oliver is from Belfast, but now he lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
According to the book "Lost and Find", a cartoon was shot, which in 2009 received a prize of the British Academy of Cinema - and Bafta as the best short animated film.
