The wonderful American writer James Oliver Kerwood (1878-1927) worked as a journalist, editor in his youth, and then began to write. A passionate hunter who has turned into a naturalist traveler and defender of wildlife over the years, Kerwood wandered for a long time in the deaf and poorly studied places of Northern Canada, knew and loved this harsh land well. The nature of Canada and the life of its four -legged inhabitants are devoted to his best works.
