The poem of the French poet, playwright and essayist T. Tzars (1896- -1963) is one of the founders of "Dadaism", who experienced the influence of such diverse directions in European art as symbolism and surrealism, was written in 1938-1943. At this time, the author was in the ranks of resistance. The publication presents the Faximile of the first complete edition of the poem (1951) with a parallel poetic translation into Russian, as well as an article on the literary avant -garde of the period between the two wars, comments on the text and the index of names. Written by an energetic verlibr, abundant by alliterations, assonances and unexpected images of Tzara poetry - not just thoughts about time and about oneself. This is an eternal search for the conditions for the survival of humanity in the abyss of madness.
