Igor Seversyanin (Igor Vasilievich Lotarev) was born in St. Petersburg. In 1911, he organized the literary group "Association of Egofuturists". The program of egofuturists, formulated by Severyanin, provided for the search for a new one without rejecting the old, bold images, epithets, assonances and dissonances, meaningful neologisms, etc. In 1913, the first large book of poet’s poet"s poet, the Thunder -booming Cup (with the preface of F. Sologuba), which made the author of the idol of the reading public, was published in the Moscow Publishing House. In 1918, at the evening at the Polytechnic Museum in Moscow, the northerner was called the "King of Poets"
