Vladimir Nogovitsyn - a native of the Arkhangelsk region. He studied here, worked. A graduate of Leningrad State University, he tied his life with journalism. Here, in the Russian North, Vladimir Nogovitsyn, the first books were written - prose and poetic. Now the asset of a member of the Union of Writers of Russia (since 1997) of more than twenty published books, including local history, for example, about the cities of Solvychegodsk and Ragger. Some of the works of this author saw the light in Moscow. The poet’s new collection was, as before, verses-thoughts. They vary along the feed manner. But they feel the heightened pulse of time
