The work is devoted to the current state of development of jurisprudence and is made in the format of a collection of texts united by the task of finding new conceptual grounds for discipline. The study of the issue involves a wide sociocultural and interdisciplinary context of the scientific and practical understanding of the subject and structure of legal science. The cultural and historical prospect in the study of law as linguistic and cognitive reality, at the same time figurative, symbolic and conceptual, constitutes this direction and approach in its study, which allows to reveal the current meanings and values of the right as a form of exercising human subjective in various civilizational practices of social communication. The formation of law is connected by sociocultural conditions and proceeds within the boundaries of cash from law.
Historical changes in the ethno-confessional and socio-political conditions of the evolution of legal systems, accompanied by the transformations of legal pictures of the world, have their continuation of the expansion or narrowing of epistemological borders and historical forms of legal knowledge. The search for new phenomenological and conceptual measurements of law and science of law is a possible response to system calls and requirements of social practice.
