Geometric application. Manual for children aged 5-6 years

The manual is included in the educational and methodological kit for the comprehensive program for raising, education and development of preschool children in the conditions of the Rainbow kindergarten and contains material for the organization of classes on the formation of elementary mathematical representations and applications with older preschool children. The book involves independent work of children with ready -made geometric shapes carved in advance to adults from colored paper.
In the course of classes, the child’s ideas about the color, shape, size of geometric shapes, their names are fixed.
Work on this manual involves the use of different materials. On the last pages, tasks are given for which color tracing paper will be required.
Tasks for attention, development of imagination, work on the model, the development of cognitive activity of the child are included.
