Upon learning that the newcomer is called Frank N. Stein, classmates decide that a person with that name simply must have his own monster. Boys collect a monster from all rubbish, and thunderstorm lightning revives him. And it turns out that the monster feeds exclusively with garbage. The invention is useful and timely, but only adults for some reason are not ready to believe in it.
