The book of Boris Prokazov "For his own friends" in an accessible form for children tells about the Russo-Turkish war of 1877-1878, its causes, glorious victories and the help of God in the battles. The Russian army came to the Balkans and the death of 32,000 of its soldiers saved the Balkan Christians from Turkish slavery.
