Fairy tales from a magic chest

There are people with gracious hearts. The Lord chooses them among all the others so that they do good. Such a person was a German doctor and writer Richard von Folkmann. With his medical, art, he returned their health to many and many sick people. During the Franco-Prussian war, Richard was a military surgeon. In the afternoon, he operated on the wounded soldiers, and in the evening in his camping tent he wrote fairy tales for children, which Richard Leander then published under the literary pseudonym. The book of fairy tales was a huge success. Suffice it to say that its first edition was published in 1870, and then it was reprinted at least forty years continuously. This happens only with books that, to the depths, excite the hearts of people with the truth in them. You might think: what is the truth in fairy tales? After all, they are also fairy tales that they are based on fiction. However, there is not only the truth of the narrative. There is a truth of the soul, the truth of the heart. If the writer’s heart is filled with love for people, this love revives his works. A distinctive feature of fairy tales is folkmann is their kindness.
