Fairy tales

"What a love of these fairy tales! Each there is a poem! " - wrote A. S. Pushkin. The poet captured folk creative imagination, fantasy, artistic figurative thinking, the element of the language. Pushkin not only shifted Russian fairy tales to verses, but, as a folk storyteller, changed the plot, used elements of other genres, such as songs, lamentations, conspiracies and even details of foreign language folklore. In "Tales", Pushkin experimented with the form, but always strove for one goal - to show the beauty of the Russian language, and through it the Russian soul.
This goal helps to comprehend the illustrations of Vyacheslav Nazaruk in a fabulous "Russian style" - multilayer, complex in color and ornamental. Turning not only to folklore, but also to the traditions of domestic illustration, the artist created drawings for the seven works of Pushkin: the most famous tales of the poet, the fairy tale of the “groom "and the incomplete work" Tale of Medvedikha ".
