Fables. Krylov

The book of works by the great Russian poet-script Ivan Andreevich Krylov (1769-1844), whose 250th anniversary of Russia celebrates in 2019, included his best fables created by the author in almost fifty years of creative activity. In these short satirical works, stupidity, greed, ignorance, injustice are ridiculed. However, not only the ridicule of human vices was the goal of the fables I.A. Krylova, but also his desire to soften morals, i.e. Making people is cleaner, kinder, more honest. The first part of the book includes the most famous fables I.A. Krylov, familiar to readers since school years. The second part included fables, many of which were written on the plots of the predecessors of the author - Aesop, Fedra, Babrian, Lafontaine, etc. Krylov was not afraid to turn to the plots to already familiar, often not only playing the traditional situation, but also putting a special meaning into it, transferring to the soil of Russian reality close to him
