Extraordinary adventures of Karik and Vali

The most famous work of Jan Larry (1900-1977) is the story Extraordinary Adventures of Karik and Vali. In 1937, the first chapters of this science fiction story appeared in the journal Koster, and soon it came out a separate book.
Brother and sister, Karik and Valya, drank an elixir invented by Professor Enotov, and decreased many times, before the size of the pea. Having discovered the loss of the guys, the professor guesses and goes in search of everything, having previously reduced himself. There are many dangers in their way: a herbal forest, insects, the size of a five -story house, sting ... The way home will be not only terrible, but also interesting.
The story was enthusiastically met by readers and critics. She was reprinted many times, and the film of the same name (1987) and cartoon (2005) were shot on it.
