Once Lobkhob, the most smart of all the dwarves of the Boland forest, occurred to the idea of building a steam locomotive, and a few months later a railway appeared in the forest. Now the dwarves could go to the mine and on the river by train, and they no longer had to drag heavy gold ingots and fish caught in the river along the forest paths.
The lives of the gnomes would be happy and serene if it were not for the vicious robbers-talerecons, who from time to time visited the forest. During one of these impudent raids, the lepreecons captured the leader of the gnomes. Will the dwarves be able to free their leader and cleanse the Boland forest from robbers?
This exciting story was written in the best traditions of the bestseller “Up the Curle up and vice versa”: fascinating adventures, unexpected plot turns, more than 30 stylish black and white illustrations and incomparable atmosphere of the classical literary work of the “old school”, undeservedly Forbidden and open again.
