Things are going wrong in Upper Duiberg. Snow disappeared somewhere, and with it all the ski tourists. In vain, meteorologists sniffing the air and take soil samples: not a single snowflake has fallen here for the whole winter and will not fall out - the innkeeper Kharchmann, the owner of the Lismann hotel, the Tyulmann shopkeeper are about to go broke.
Who will save the town? Of course, children! They do not miss snow: Know themselves play duibol - they drive cotton balls on the table, blowing on them with all their might. "Blimey!" - exclaims the burgomaster and turns Duibol into a new sport. Tiny cotton peas grow and become large as fluffy balls. The table was replaced by a spacious meadow between the hotel and the tavern, and four panting guys turned out to be coaches for winter tourists with superfrines. Grasp the hair tighter, direct it to a large foam ball and reach it to the finish line first! This simple fun flips the usual life upside down: competitions rattle throughout the district and far beyond its borders. Now there are more than enough tourists in Duiberg, and among them are reporters, photographers, even one millionaire! But what will turn out for a once peaceful village is still unclear ...
