Valentina Aleksandrovna Oseeva (1902 - 1969) - Russian children"s writer, laureate of the State Prize. She was born in Kyiv, after graduating from a secondary school she studied at the acting faculty at the Kiev Institute, but due to moving to Moscow she did not graduate from.
