Development of interhemispheric interaction in children: neurodynamic gymnastics

Preschool and primary school age is the most favorable period for the development of higher brain structures, and, consequently, interhemispheric relationships and mental processes. The proposed neurodynamic gymnastics is one of the areas of work on the development of integrated interhemispheric interaction in children of 4-7 years old. Using specially selected games and exercises in working with children, performing which the child involves the right hand, left hand or performs the task with both hands at the same time, we create conditions for improving the interaction of the right and left hemisphere, each of which comprehends the outside world in its own way.
