The collection includes articles representing the most interesting preliminary results of new-built excavations in Crimea in 2017-2018. At the end of 2018, the Crimean new building archaeological expedition of the IA RAS completed field research on the Tavrida routes under construction (Kerch - Simferopol - Sevastopol) and on roads and railway access roads to the Crimean bridge. Among the studied monuments with different cultural affiliation and dating are settlements, villages and parking, mound and soil burial grounds, ancient defensive and architectural structures. The archaeological excavations of each monument were determined by the need for their most complete study before the start of construction work. This publication introduces into scientific circulation the latest archaeological discoveries made during rescue excavations of the Institute of Archeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Crimea. The publication is intended for archaeologists, historians and for all those interested in the history and archeology of ancient Tauris
