Anna Nimus is an unusual poet, with his recognizable manner of writing, very modern, tough, memorable not so much imagery and stylistics as a special structure of the composition of the poem, allowing the reader to be present here and now. It would seem that the theme of the collection “Colored Shadows” is quite gloomy: loneliness, spiritual and bodily cold, hostility of the world are found in almost every separate poem. The poetess seems to be balancing on the verge of a breakdown ... But this is only at first glance. Anna"s poems are full of sacrifice and femininity, when it is necessary to abandon herself and will revive again. Anna manages to write about the thinnest, most important, painful things, without falling into pathos or banality, remaining simple and thin at the same time.
