The Blue Bird of the Belgian playwright and poet Maurice Meterlink is probably the most mysterious and exciting fairy -tale story. At first, she seems to experience heroes, inviting them to go in search of a mysterious blue bird to save a sick neighboring girl. And only when the children without hesitation agree, gives them satellites of amazing assistants ...
In this book, the fabulous fantasy of Maurice Meterlink is published in the form of a fairy tale. In the original, “Blue Bird” is a play that triumphantly conquered the most famous theaters in the world. On the stage of the Moscow Art Theater, she was first put by the great K.S. Stanislavsky. And three years after the first publication, the Nobel Committee awarded the Meterlinka Prize in literature, especially noting the wealth of imagination and the author’s poetic fantasy. Later, Meterlinka will be offered to become a member of the French Academy. However, for this it was necessary to abandon Belgian citizenship, and the playwright rejected the flattering proposal.
