Marina Temkina (b. 1948, Leningrad) graduated from the historical department of the University of Leningrad. Emigrated in 1978, lives in New York. She graduated from graduate school at the University of New York, works as a psychotherapist. In the past, the radio journalist of the Voice of America and "Free Europe" stations, worked in different organizations for refugees and in projects related to the Holocaust. The author of the books "Part" (1985), "In the opposite direction" (1989), "Kalancha" (1995), "Canto Immigranto" (2005), in English What do you wind (2009) and other verses were published in Many Russian magazines and anthologies. Marina Tsemkina is a poet -artist, her visual exhibitions were held in America and Europe
