Autumn marathon

Alexander Moiseevich Volodin (1919–2001) gained fame as a playwright in the late 1950s. The plays created by him were widely recognized, went in the best theaters of the country and filmed by outstanding directors (it is enough to recall the performances and films “Factory Girl”, “Five Evenings”, “Elder Sister”, “Do not part with your loved ones”, “Autumn marathon” ..) . Simple stories about funny and awkward, talented and touching people who find themselves in easily recognizable circumstances, surprisingly covered everyday life, passed the atmosphere of time. All the main plays and novels for theater and cinema (in the version of the 1990s) were included in the collection proposed to the reader.
