The third book of the poems of the poet, writer and essayist Vladimir Gubailovsky is devoted to the main topic of all his many years of literary work: the presentation of a person about himself (“The history of the disease”, 1993, “Fate of man”, 2008) The poet takes those types of human activity that reflects biography and fate: creativity, science, sports. These topics have a characteristic similarity - they define the rules of the game. And the autobiography is recognized and built as a game by the rules. But their form is arbitrary, and its variations can capture and describe the course of life - bitter and tragic, but also filled with meaning
