George Bernard Show is an Irish prose writer, a well -known literary critic and the most famous - after Shakespeare - a playwright who wrote in English. "Weapons and man" is from the most famous plays by Bernard Show in three actions. This arch and witty comedy is based on the idea of exposing a frivolous attitude to life, in particular, hypocritical romanticization of war. The author encourages to contrast such a worldview of rational realism, "philosophy of reality", which can solve problems in essence. Read foreign literature in the original!
