In the second volume of anthology, under one binding, both works of the poets of the Silver Age are present, which have become its result and the postscript for it, as well as the best resolution poems created in Russia and in emigration. Among them are the works that are long recognized, known to a wide circle of readers, which are part of the school curriculum, and little -known, and sometimes completely unknown to anyone, which, however, should not be forgotten. Wonderful Russian poems in the twentieth century, of course, are much more than the two previous two, and their plots are much more diverse. But the main, unchanged theme, covering the life of the authors and their heroes and absorbing the unstoppable stream of human existence, remains the fate of Russia, which has passed through world wars and revolutions, through the crucible of cruel repressions and social transformations. Time breathes in them, and they are an inseparable part of the luminiferous poetic continent called the Russian poem
