The collection of chosen works of the Bulgarian poet Ivan Vazov (1850-1921) included poems from the cycles: "Banner and Guise", "Woe of Bulgaria", "Deliveting", "Goose ," epic of the forgotten "," Fields and forests". In the “Banner and Guesh”, verses dedicated to the general enthusiasm of the Bulgarian of the April uprising of 1876 in the "Woe of Bulgaria" are dominated by the further tragic fate of thousands of families of the rebels. In the "deliverance", created after the liberation of Bulgaria by Russian troops, the joy and appreciation of the Bulgarians to the Russian soldiers are expressed. In the "guards" and "fields and forests", along with civilian and patriotic verses, there is a love, landscape lyrics and acute social satire. The “epic of the forgotten "consists of twelve small lyro-epic romantic poems, in which the images of national heroes are recreated. Texts are published in Bulgarian and Russian. The publication is addressed to all connoisseurs of Bulgarian literature
