Adventure Pinocchio, or golden key

Alexey Nikolaevich Tolstoy very much loved in childhood an Italian book about the adventures of a wooden man named Pinocchio. He so often retold his story that it overgrown with new details and turned into a fabulous story “Golden Key, or Pinocchio Adventures”. A funny and mischievous pins sticks his long nose: in the canvas, and in ink, and in trouble. With the help of faithful friends, he will cope with the terrible Karabas Barabas and solve the secret of the key hidden at the bottom of the pond.
Alexey Nikolaevich Tolstoy wanted to introduce the smallest readers with the adventures of a wooden boy. He processed the text of the story for kids. The artist Leonid Vladimirsky, who in 2020 would have turned 10 years old, drew many, many pictures to this version. So it turned out a picture book “The Adventures of Pinocchio, or a Golden Key”.
