A tearful club

The book of Christian Viik Yerd tells a story that takes place at the height of the summer holidays on the island of Zlata with two bosom friends Alvar and Jens. Carefree days go on as usual, and the boys do not have a minute of free time: you need to look for a clover bringing good luck with four petals, swim in the sea and hold meetings of a tearful club in a tree house. But the strong friendship of Alvar and Jens is cracking when they have a new neighbor - their peer Magnus, a fan of football and girls. And now Alvar, who considered his friendship with Jens inviolable and indestructible, turns out to be the third superfluous, and even a traitor. However, Alvar does not believe that friendship is destroyed forever, and is full of determination to return the best friend.
Christian Viik Yerd (born in 1981) - Norwegian writer, teacher, journalist and actor. His writer"s debut - the novel "tearful club" - gained popularity in the author’s homeland.
