The publication contains a facsimile reproduction of the most famous book by Vadim Gabrielevich Shershenevich (1893-1942) "Horse as a horse" (1920), which is not only a bright monument of Russian imagism, but also a large phenomenon of Russian poetry at the beginning of the 20th century. Drozdkova "The main book of the poet", in which the appeal to the historical and biographical contexts made it possible to identify the meanings of poetic texts that are not lying on the surface, reveal and clarify the author’s plan, and in addition, to comprehend the originality of Shershenevich lyrics, to determine its significance in the history of Russian literature
