In the collection, dedicated to the centenary of the beginning of the Russian catastrophe, the testimonies of Russian poets - contemporaries of those tragic events are presented. The compilers tried to show the polyphony of the poetic perception of everything that happened the day before and in the first years after 1917. The reader can clearly hear the “deaf years” increased a premonition of the disaster, how old Russia was then died and how it was born on its ruins "Sovetskaya".
The collection is divided into two parts, the content of which is figuratively transmitted in poetic subtitles. Such a division is largely conditional, and there are many paradoxes in the book.
The compilers hope that everyone who takes this collection, remembering the tragic fate of almost all its authors, will again think about the fate of Russia.
The publication was carried out within the framework of the national repentance shares held in 2017.
compilers: Julia Balakshina, Alexander Kropyovsky, Olga Filippovna
