Sergey Makhotin is a famous children"s poet and prose writer, laureate of the Korney Chukovsky Prize, award named after S. Marshak and many other literary awards, one of the few owners of the Honorary Diploma named after G. Kh. Andersen of the International Council for the Children"s Book.
