The collection includes literary works for children by classical and contemporary writers about one of the greatest and most joyful Christian holidays - the Day of the Holy Trinity, Pentecost. The holiday of Pentecost is the day of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in the Christian Church. God the Father laid its foundation in the Old Testament, God the Son created the Church by incarnating on earth, and God the Holy Spirit acts within it. Therefore, the holiday of the birth of the Christian Church is called the Day of the Holy Trinity. In the Orthodox world, it is customary to decorate churches and homes with branches of young birch trees on Trinity, which symbolizes the renewal of all things by the power of the Holy Spirit, the Blossoming of all life forces. Solemnly and brightly, the following is sung in the church on this day: "...renew in our hearts. Almighty, true, righteous Spirit."
