The directory was written edited by outstanding specialists, annually reprinted and serves as an assistant oncologists around the world. The book consists of five parts. The first is devoted to the basics of chemotherapy. It contains general ideas about the methods of assessing the effectiveness of treatment, the kinetics of tumor growth, polychimotherapy, highly visible chemotherapy, treatment resilience. In the second part in alphabetical order, all antitumor drugs are presented (including not yet registered in Russia) and growth of hematopoietic factors. Each drug is described according to a single scheme: trade names and manufacturer, group, mechanism of action, stability mechanisms, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, indications, doses, drug interactions, contraindications and complications, side effects. In the third part, practical recommendations for carrying out chemotherapy are the assessment of the state, calculations of the clearance of creatinine and the surface area of the body, change the doses in the oppression of blood formation, hepatic and renal failure, the local damaging effect of cytostatics, use during pregnancy. The fourth part contains schemes of chemotherapy of solid tumors and hemoblastosis. In the fifth units described in detail the antiwhelms and schemes for their application.
