Strub Talbott - prominent American politician. Twenty-one worked in the journal & quot, Time & Quot, after which he entered the civil service as a special adviser to the US Secretary of State on issues of new independent states in the post-Soviet space. Later S.Telbott became the US Deputy Secretary of State, since 2002, the President of the Brugge Institute in Washington.
