Challenges of creating a digital ecosystem. Legal and economic aspects

The collective monograph was prepared by participants of the international scientific and practical conference "Issues of creating a digital ecosystem: legal and economic aspects", organized by the Moscow branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, the Department of International Cooperation of the Kutafin University (MSAL) and the Department of Entrepreneurial Law of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov on December 2, 2020, as part of the X Moscow Legal Week. It is dedicated to current issues of legal regulation of the digital ecosystem at the present stage of society's development, including its institutionalization and legal configuration, business ecosystems, digitalization of competition relations and financial management, and antimonopoly regulation of the digital market infrastructure.
