For the first time, from the perspective of the Russian Scientific School of Radiobiology and Hygiene, a detailed and comprehensive analysis of cellular communications is given as a source of electromagnetic field significant for the population. The peculiarity of this monograph is a combination of modern scientific data, including foreign, and the results of fundamental and applied studies of the biological effects of EMP conducted in Russia and the USSR in the "Up to the Age".
The book gives a detailed characteristic of the conditions of the electromagnetic situation, the patterns of the formation of an individual energy load for users of subscriber terminals (cell phones) and the population are presented. The fundamental basic mechanisms of the formation of a response biological reaction and the conditions of its possible transition to a pathological state are considered. Critical organs and systems are identified to the effects of the electromagnetic field of the cellular communication, which include primarily the brain and the immune system. Possible bioffects are examined in detail when exposed to small EMP intensities, modulation, complex modes of the electromagnetic signal. The authors analyzed scientific data to attribute children to the risk group.
The scientific principles of the formation of a regulatory framework underlying security for both in our country and abroad are considered in detail. It is shown that the approaches of the mznir are not productive, they do not take into account the conditions for the exposure of the EMP on the population.
For the first time, the applicability and sufficiency of the existing information to assess the risk of harm to health in prolonged contact with mobile EMP sources were analyzed for the first time.
The preface to the 1st edition of the monograph is written by academicians of the RAMS L.A. Ilyin and M.G. Shandala, and to the 2nd edition-a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yu.B. Zubarev.
The authors are currently evaluating the current situation, as requiring special attention of all levels of executive, healthcare and the scientific community. The monograph does not claim to be completely and finally to give a categorical conclusion on the principle of "harmful - not harmful", but represents a contribution to the formation of a culture of safe use and development of both cellular communications and subsequent technological achievements associated with the formation of human contact conditions with sources physical factors of the influence of electromagnetic nature
