The book aims to consolidate knowledge, understanding and skills to adopt solutions in various sectors of the economy (industry, agro-industrial complex, economics and finance) and management areas (organization management, supply chain management, emergency situations) using such an effective learning method like Case - Study in interactive mode.
The book includes adapted problem situations from the real successful practice of implementing the basic function of Russian top managers presented in the Croes format. At the same time, the teaching and methodological emphasis was made on an innovative approach to the learning process based on the formation of teams of students or listeners, their creative work as experts with systemic analysis of problem situations, forming an alternative and a multicriterial choice of rational additive and hierarchical solutions (especially targeted programs) taking into account risks.
