Description of the book 1C: Academy ERP. Workshop on the preparation of reporting of the execution of state defense contracts: in the new version of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 01/19/1998 No. 47 on the rules of maintaining by organizations fulfilling the state order at the expense of the federal budget, separate accounting of the results of financial and economic activities, formalized rules for maintaining separate accounting for contracts, and formalized regulations were approved, The form of reporting of the execution of contracts was determined (amendments were made by the Government Decree of 04.05.2018 No. 543) The book of workshops on the preparation of reporting on the execution of state defense contracts, the 1C series: the ERP Academy contains examples of aggregation and reflection in the reporting of the most commonly used business transactions. The reflection of operations in the reporting of contracts is deciphered before reflecting in the accounting of the organization. The description of the operations is accompanied by the usual wiring for the accountant, as well as the financial or economic assessment of the impact of operations on the resources of the contract. Understanding the principles of reporting will allow the reader to further independently determine the reflection option for specific and unique operations. The book is addressed to specialists of enterprises responsible for organizing separate accounting and preparation of reporting contracts, as well as audit, consulting and implementation organizations engaged in automation of accounting at enterprises. The book is part of the trilogy for separate accounting. In some publications, the concept of separate accounting and issues of the organization of accounting and reporting in 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2. Book structure 1C: ERP Academy are considered. A workshop on the preparation of reporting on the execution of state defense contracts: the structure of the book is built on the list of reporting indicators for which the initial reflection of data on the facts of economic activity is underway. A separate chapter is devoted to each of the indicators. The sections of the chapter contain descriptions of examples of filling specific graph of the indicators under consideration. After meeting with the introductory part (chapter 1), further reading of the book is possible from any section. Resource transforming operations within the contract are described for each indicator involved to reflect them. In this case, the local scheme for the indicator is accompanied by a complete description of the reflection of the operation in the reporting. This version of the presentation is designed to form an integral idea of the relationship about the relationship and mutual influence of various reporting indicators.
