The textbook is devoted to a comprehensive study of transport policy as a multidimensional sociopolitical phenomenon and one of the most important areas of the state, which has both intra- and foreign policy dimensions. Particular attention is paid to foreign and domestic experience in the formation and implementation of state transport policy, identifying common models and specific approaches in it. A significant emphasis is on the study of the current state, analysis of the problems and assessment of the prospects for the development of the transport complex of modern Russia, as well as determining the role of the state in the implementation of the corresponding political course in this area.
