The textbook portrait of the crisis of law

“In this work, I was aimed at returning the possible indifferent reader to the“ silver age ”of the life of philosophy, the philosophy of law and science of law, when Christian personalities lived and created: philosophers, philosophers of law and jurists who were not infected with either materialism or liberalism, and therefore, which Knowing a different way to understanding, approving and exercising law than one - normativist, which indicated and indicates the speculative (still living) atheistic Soviet and firm -sized secular liberal science, calling itself a law. The transformation of the right into a secular effective pragmatic “religion” is a false and unworthy path of any person, especially with the title of lawyer - a lawyer, if he sees himself not a craftsman from jurisprudence, but a self -sufficient free and creative person living in a world given by God. Even the legalized subjective law should be understood and exercised as Christian duty, and then law, legal consciousness, justice will appear as living conditions of a person, and not as empty empty fictitious and schematic concepts. This work is a kind of detail of the philosophy of law. ”
