This book is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and practical issues related to the regulatory regulation of the right to judicial protection in the field of sports. The author considers the concept and content of the right to judicial protection, the concept and types of its restrictions. On the example of judicial acts on specific cases, court positions on the problems of concluding arbitration agreements, excluding the possibility of appealing/ revising arbitration decisions on the merits are shown and commented on. In addition, this work presents an analysis of new provisions of domestic legislation on resolving sports disputes.
