The scientific monograph aims to determine the basic legal problems that arise in the modern model of healthcare organization in connection with the development of innovative technologies, to identify the prospects for improving Russian legislation.
Independent objects of the study are: the concept of innovation in medical law, the legal regime of the use of artificial intelligence and robots in medical activities, the features of regulation of reproductive rights, legal problems of implementing achievements in the field of genetics and microbiology, etc.
