The principle of transparency in environmental law

The monograph is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of studying the principle of transparency in environmental law. An analysis of the conceptual apparatus was carried out, allowing the legal regulation of the principle of transparency in environmental law, the problems of the implementation of this principle were identified, and the ratio of the concepts of publicity, openness and transparency in environmental law was considered.
Factors that affect the development of the principle of transparency in environmental law are analyzed.
It is proposed to consider the principle of transparency as a potentially effective basis for environmental law, the provisions of which should be taken into account primarily by ecological and legal science and used in the improvement of legislation. The materials of this work and the conclusions given in it can be used in the development and application of regulatory legal acts, as well as the teaching of general and special legal disciplines in higher educational institutions.
