The main approaches to understanding the concept of equilibrium of the system of constitutional regulation of entrepreneurial activity that have developed in Russian and foreign science are analyzed, in order to identify conceptual theoretical provisions and propose practical recommendations aimed at solving the problem of ensuring the equilibrium of the “Business - Society -State” intaerosystem through constitutional regulation entrepreneurial relations in the Russian Federation as an attorrator of sustainable development of the state. It is determined that the proposal to amend the Constitution of the Russian Federation characterizes the transformation of the strategic equilibrium of Russian society and the state.
