A collection of tasks in sports law is the first edition of this kind in the country. In itself, sports law is a fairly young branch in Russia, but has already proved the right to exist.
The sphere of physical culture and sports has undergone enough changes in the issues of legal regulation, which entailed a change in the relevant regulatory framework. At the end of the last century, an acute shortage of qualified lawyers working in sports jurisprudence, and many well -known universities of the country (National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation (Izp), Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafina (MGUA), etc) began to prepare such specialists. However, the educational process in the field of sports law seems quite impoverished precisely because of a sufficient number of practical manuals.

This collection of tasks describes cases from practical sports jurisprudence. The solution of the tasks is intended to promote the consolidation of the completed educational material
